RTV Silicone

Jin Gu Gu Li Te 588 red sealant is a new generation of silicone gasket-free sealant. It has good thixotropy, does not flow, is neutral and non-toxic, and has no irritating odor. The curing speed is medium, the sealant has good elasticity and excellent high-temperature resistance. The formed gasket is easy to peel off, which is convenient for the next maintenance. It can withstand temperatures from -60 to +320°C and pressures up to 12 MPa. It is mainly used for rapid sealing and vibration resistance of high-end automobiles, heavy-duty vehicle engines, ship engines, water pumps, manifolds, valve covers, oil pans, thermostats, etc. It is also widely used in mechanical, electronic and chemical fields, especially in high-temperature resistant sealing applications.

It features a metallic silver color, excellent thixotropy, no sagging, and will not corrode or contaminate components. It is neutral, non-toxic and odorless. It provides outstanding sealing performance against gas, water and oil, as well as excellent aging resistance. It cures rapidly with good elasticity, and the formed gasket is easy to peel off for convenient future maintenance. It also delivers excellent oil resistance and long‑lasting leakproof performance.
